Arka Rooftop has the best view in Tirana, in the “Kodra e Diellit” Residence, overlooking a panoramic view of the capital. The mosaic pool is a place to spend beautiful days and different from the monotony of Tirana. The pool area is paved with natural stone mosaics, where the motifs are birds and animals, to bring to mind the fables of Noah's Ark. If we look at it from above, it has held a large ship which is on its board.
